Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after order verification.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should only hand over payment to the authorized delivery representative at the time of delivery.

Teds Formal Wear does not request sensitive banking or card information for COD orders.

6. Order Verification

To prevent fraudulent or fake orders, our team may contact customers for order confirmation before shipment.

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds for COD orders may be issued through bank transfer, store credit, or another mutually agreed method within 7 business days after approval.
